🌙 Yin Under the Stars – July 10th | Mount Royal, Montreal

Step out of the city chaos and into the calm.

Join us for a magical sunset Yin yoga class under the trees, tucked just behind the angel statue on Mount Royal. We'll gather in nature’s quiet corner to breathe, stretch, and melt into stillness — surrounded by city sounds, mountain air, and the gentle glow of twilight.

🧘‍♀️ When:
Thursday, July 10th
Meet at 7:15 PM at Sir George-Étienne Cartier Monument (Parc Ave)
Class runs until around 8:30 PM

🌲 Where:
Just behind the angel statue — under the trees, mountain-side. You'll find us on the grass, grounded and flowing with the evening light.

✨ What to bring:

• A yoga mat
• Extra layers (it cools down at sunset!)
• A block or cushion if you’d like extra support

No experience needed — just come as you are.
